Discontinuation of Thornfields Training Services

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that after careful consideration, Thornfields Training (‘Thornfields’) services will discontinue. As a result, SRCL Ltd (‘FPM Group’) hereby give you notice that your agreement with FPM Group will terminate effective 31 March 2027 (‘End Date’), at which point FPM Group will cease providing the Thornfields services to you.

What This Means for You

• FPM Group will continue to provide the Thornfields services through the End Date, in accordance with the terms of your existing agreement.
• Any trainings scheduled after the End Date may be:
  • Rescheduled to a date prior to the End Date, or
  • Cancelled, with a refund issued for amounts paid.
• For any unscheduled training, Thornfields may either:
  • Schedule it prior to the End Date, or
  • Refund those unscheduled trainings in full for the remaining balance.
• If you have a prepaid account balance, you may:
  • Use the balance to schedule trainings before the End Date, or
  • Request a refund of the remaining balance.
• Effective 1 April 2027, FPM Group will no longer schedule, host, or support Thornfields services.
• Access to the Thornfields Training Portal will cease on 31 March 2027.
