The five interactive workshops, coupled with work-based coursework, come together to create confident and competent managers with the skills to tackle the toughest of challenges at work.

This new five-day accredited training programme has been designed specifically for supervisors and first-line managers working in a primary care environment. Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded the Institute of Leadership and Supervision Award "Introductory Certificate in First Line Management."

This nationally accredited programme is delivered virtually.

This includes all electronic materials and trainers costs as well as registration with the accrediting body - The Institute of Leadership and Management (Level 3 Award).
