Course Objectives
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Understand the evolution of CQC inspections and the implications of the 2025 Single Assessment Framework (SAF).
- Identify and interpret the Quality Statements and six evidence categories used in inspections.
- Assess their current readiness using SAF-aligned checklists and tools.
- Develop an action plan to improve inspection preparedness and embed continuous improvement.
- Prepare staff and documentation for responsive inspections, including interviews and evidence presentation
