Workshop Objectives
In Primary Care conflict can arise in various forms—between staff members, between clinicians and administrative teams, or between staff and patients. This workshop addresses several critical needs in that environment including:

- Supporting Leadership Development
There will be time during the session for personal reflection, peer-to-peer learning, as well as personal action planning.
This half-day workshop equates to three Continuous Professional Development (CPD) credits.
