Workshop Objectives
This workshop will:
- fastrack delegates’ orientation into the role of Practice Manager,
- enable existing Practice Managers to benchmark themselves against suggested best Practice and
- give prospective Practice Managers the opportunity to identify skills and/or experience gaps that they then may need to address
There are also opportunities for peer-to-peer learning, self-reflection and the development of a personal action plan.
Attending will contribute two credits to delegates Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
The highly successful delivery style of this workshop is a trainer led, information rich facilitated conversation with delegates that promotes engagement, as well as peer-to-peer learning. Whilst support materials are provided, delegates are encouraged to take notes that summarise the most important information and learning points for them and their workplace.
